It recognizes an agent's achievements in both experience and education. CRS members comprise just 5 percent of all REALTORS but account for 25 percent of all residential real estate transactions.
(GRI) GRADUATE REALTOR INSTITUTE - “National Standard for Real Estate Professionalism & Knowledge”. Tells the public that the real estate professional they are dealing with has achieved higher education and is better qualified to assist with their real estate needs.
(ABR) ACCREDITED BUYER REPRESENTATIVE – “The Source for Excellence in Buyer Representation”. Recipients of this coveted designation for ethical and professional services to clients and customers interested in acquiring real property. e-PRO CERTIFICATION - the real estate industry’s first comprehensive technology certification delivering internet techniques and services for home buying and selling.
THE INSTITUTE FOR LUXURY HOME MARKETING – completed extensive training in analyzing the luxury home market, providing quality service, and achieving effective results in the high-end residential market.
